Roles and Responsibilities
- Setting team targets daily on sales board that are challenging but achievable and in line with annual budget target requirements
- Weekly employee sales action plan
- Manage coaching and development in week 1-5 for each newly hired Loyalty Consultant
- Manage coaching and development in week 6-10 for each newly hired Loyalty Consultant
- Tracking sales performance through effective use of all performance reports
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Under Graduate with strong sales background minimum 4 years of team handling in TeleSales
- Computer literacy including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with standard accounting software packages
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Fluent English.
Compensation : Upto 3,90,000 per anum (depending upon last drawn and experience)
Shift :9:30am to 6:30pm
